BILLIG LAW, P.C. is a New York City based law firm that was formed for the purpose of assisting clients in the early resolution of claims through mediation, arbitration, and preliminary proceedings; serving as New York and New Jersey defense counsel for litigation; and providing consultation on risk management issues. We are a general litigation firm and our attorneys represent our clients in the New York and New Jersey courts.

The firm is also retained as outside litigation counsel to commence subrogation actions for monetary recovery of losses due to auto and rental car damage, no-fault, property damage, consumer credit transactions, and other types of losses. We defend our clients in an array of general and commercial litigation matters and insurance coverage disputes.
